Mahesh Patel
Founder and Managing Partner
With over 35 years of experience since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1991, he has held C-suite roles in the fashion industry, wealth management, private equity, and bridging sectors. As CEO, he managed two leading family offices, overseeing assets exceeding 500 million USD. These assets included traditional private bank investments, global property, and alternative assets such as precious metals, private equity, and digital assets. His comprehensive 360-degree experience enables him to appraise opportunities from risk, return, commercial, banking, tax, and accounting perspectives.
Rohan Patel
Co-Founder and Partner
A hard-working, dedicated, ambitious individual with over 4 years experience in corporate services, private equity, and digital assets. Previously, worked for a family office where he grew an early-stage private equity seed fund to 28 portfolio company investments, including 3 successful exits during their tenure. Also managed the digital assets division for the same family office, overseeing execution and management of assets totalling over $10 million USD. Currently, heads and manages the UAE corporate services coordination division where he assists individuals and businesses looking to move and/or expand their presence into the UAE by pairing them with corporate service providers and coordinating the entire process from company incorporation and visas to the setup of bank accounts.
Nita Patel
Co-Founder and Partner
With over 30 years’ experience in retail management, property management, executive personal assistance, bookkeeping, and accounts, her role primarily involves overseeing finance and administration for the firm.
